The Libyan Academy was founded in (1988) under the name of:(Graduate Institute of Economic Sciences)And he began to study it with the fall of the year seasons (1989) only three scientific sections,namely: (accounting,management and administration,the economy)and in the year(1995 AD)issued Resolution No. (996) creates Academy of Graduate Studies,The decisions include the degree awarded by the Academy graduates, namely:Graduate Diploma, High Holidays (MA), and fine degree (PhD)
