The University Center of Taming was established by virtue of Executive Decree No. 05-301 dated 16 August 2005. The launch was initiated by two institutes: Institute of Law. - Institute of Human Sciences specialization: Clinical Psychology and Sociology Organization and work (Ministerial Decision No. 221 of 29 September 2008). On January 23, 2012, the departments formed for the Institute of Law and the Institute of Humanities were established: - Rights Section. - Department of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences.
