• Conduct research, studies and scientific programs for the use of biotechnology and its applications in agriculture, medicine and the environment
• Follow up the latest developments and scientific discoveries and develop and modernize the center to be the house of expertise and scientific reference of the community in the field of biotechnology
• Enriching scientific activity and participating with the corresponding institutions and introducing the role of biotechnology in the contemporary world.
• Establishment of specialized training courses in which graduates of universities and higher professional centers are accepted and nominated by their employers in the field of biotechnology to undergo training in the center according to the approved training courses system.
• Contribute to the development of education through postgraduate programs in the field of biotechnology.
