Objectives
The main tasks of the CERD are:
1. to implement research and technological development programs within the framework of the choices and priorities set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research in line with the objectives set by the Government;
2. to contribute to the dissemination of scientific and technical information, the publication of research work and the provision of technology watch activities;
3. to assist in strengthening national research
