The university center was created In order to meet the growing demand of residents on one side and the strategy trends of the Algerian state aimed to expand and affirm the circle of knowledge,The university center of Tissemssilt began as an annex by the Interministerial Decree of 26 joumada al thani 1426 corresponding to 01 August 2005 creating a university annex to the city of Tissemsilt.
