The HECF Fez is a private higher education institution specializing in the field of accounting and finance. The main objective of HECF Fès is to train in three years and five years future executives in the banking, finance and accounting professions.

As part of its development, the HECF school has signed a partnership agreement with the École Supérieure de Commerce of Pau (ESC PAU) of France for the joint organization of a Bachelor's and Master's degree course as of October 2006.
