In this context, it offers its students two major training centers: the Cycle Normal PolyManagement Cycle ENCG Bac + 3, open to graduates and Bac + 1 / Bac + 2 (gateway system), and the Cycle PolyManagement Superior , Cycle Bac + 5 in two years, open to graduates of Higher Education (Bac + 3 or more). The key word of these courses is "Requirement in the Service of Excellence": the Requirement around the adoption of training methods combining rigor and flexibility, high educational technology and adaptability to the ad-hoc profile of each student, the excellence around the contribution of high level teachers and the all-azimuth opening on the professional, entrepreneurial and organizational environment, but also national and international.
