National School of Administration of Madagascar : a public establishment in administrative character placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Public Employees and Social Legislation and Ministry of Finance and Budget.
The 1st National School of Administration of Madagascar has been institued the day of independence in 1960, it was attached at the University of Madagascar. The context socio-political in 1972 has caused the closed of ENAM. In 1988, it has been opened in the name “National School of administrative revolutionary training” (ENFAR), in the actual website of ENAM at Androhibe.
