The National School of Administration of Morocco ( ENA Rabat ), is a Moroccan school created the March 8 , 1948by Sultan Mohammed Ben Youssef , with the aim of training future executives of the public administration. Since 2015 the ENA no longer exists. It was merged with the Higher Institute of Administration to lead to the National School of Administration .

 

The ENA has undergone several changes in its access conditions, training programs and teaching tools, and has undergone a series of reforms (1972, 1975, 1979, 1993 and 2000). The training of its laureates took into account the demands of the Moroccan public administration. It has contributed to the modernization and upgrading dynamics of public administrations today. ENA had a long experience and had a team of trainers and experts in all disciplines related to public administration, it had a network of resource persons that it mobilized for training programs. ENA supported the development of public administration and supported administrative reforms led by the government.
