The National School of Computer Science (ESI), formerly National Institute of Computer Training (INI), is an Algerian higher education institution training state engineers in computer science. It is located in Oued Smar, about 15 km from the city center of the capital Algiers, Algeria. Established as the Center for Computer Studies and Research (CERI) under the tutelage of the former Ministry of Planning and Spatial Planning, it has been renamed and placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Education higher education and scientific research in 1984
