Kwanza-sul has the middle agrarian institute in Cela municipality, where courses are being taught in forest resources, livestock aid, crop production and agricultural management, with over 300 students.
The creation of the Kwanza Sul Agrarian School is contained in the decree number 33/07 of 24 May 2007, of the Council of Ministers with the fundamental objective of teaching, research and support to the community.
