IRAG is a public scientific institution, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock; it is endowed with legal personality, financial autonomy and management. Created on April 13, 1989, this institute, very young, is still in a phase of growth, strengthening its skills and consolidating the first gains.
Its mission is to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector.
