Vision
INRA’s vision is to provide knowledge and innovations for the development of sustainable, robust and economically viable livestock production systems and to define the conditions for optimising production, welfare and environmental performance. INRA’s research covers all areas concerning livestock, from basic biology, genetics, physiology, to the conception and evaluation of livestock farming systems and their place in our society. INRA works on extensive and intensive systems and all the major livestock sectors (fish, poultry, pigs and ruminants)
