MISSION

The Institute for the Mastery of Energy is a university organization of training and research of the University of Antananarivo administratively attached to the Presidency of the University and pedagogically to the Faculty of Sciences. It has two main missions to accomplish, having a logical following:
continue and develop energy research and training programs.
contribute to the development and implementation of an ecologically sustainable energy policy.
