The Royal Institute for Training of Youth and Sports Executives (IRFC / JS) is an institution of higher education, reorganized by Decree No. 210.622 (23 September 2011) in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 01.00.

The Institute comprises the following centers:

• The National Sports Center Moulay Rachid, Salé.
• The Youssoufia Center for the Promotion of Women and Kindergarten in Rabat.
• The Yaacoub El Mansour Center for the Training of Youth Executives in Rabat.
• The National Youth Center at Mamoura in Salé put at the disposal of the FRM football.
• The National Sports Center la bellevue, Rabat. in the redevelopment phase 

CFRI's mission is to contribute to the country's development through training, research and expertise.

It provides training for executives, particularly in the fields of sport, youth and childhood.
