Institution's Mission
According to Decree No. 90/09 of 15 December, in its article 29, CIS is a Higher Education Institution, dedicated to the promotion of Teaching, Research and the provision of services to the community, with its own legal personality and governing Higher Education subsystem legislation and other applicable laws.
