PRESENTATION OF THE MINISTRY

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) is responsible for implementing and monitoring the government's policy on higher education and scientific research (cf decree N ° 2011-396 of 16 novembre2011).
As such, in relation with certain ministerial departments, he is in charge of:

• The implementation and monitoring of the education and training policy in the field of higher education;

   

  Management of universities and public high schools;

The organization of examinations and competitions at the post-baccalaureate level;

Implementation and monitoring of the scientific research policy;

Follow-up of institutes and research centers
