The vision is to revive Society, fulfill its needs, care of comprehensive development through qualifying the capable individual for innovation, interaction with the society and to upgrade the .human and spiritual values of the society so as to reach the development of the nation.

Mission

    A-  Provide higher education according to the standards of quality and competence. This higher education should be able to give students appropriate knowledge and skills for the job market.

    C-  Prepare technical and scientific cadres in various disciplines.
    D-  Develop and spread science and knowledge through scientific research and promote local technology.
