The Libreville mill was created in 1969 and then expanded several times to become a large milling complex with a new livestock feed factory. 
The breeding of N'Koltang was built in 1980 south of Libreville. The eggs and day-old chicks are produced on this site and are then packaged and marketed from Libreville.
