TRIMETA GROUP, which is headquartered in Tanjombato, Antananarivo, Madagascar, was created by Mr. HG Hiridjee in 1964. Then headed by Mr. Ykbal HIRIDJEE since 1990.
It works in various economic sectors of Madagascar, especially:
- The Plastics Industry (ENDUMA, SACOPLAST)
- The Agribusiness (TRIMETA AGRO FOOD, CROUSTIPAIN, LA GRANDE BOULANGERIE DE MADAGASCAR)
- The hotel industry (Anosy Motel - INFINITHE)
Trimeta Agro Food, a subsidiary of TRIMETA GROUP is a Malagasy company, founded in 1990, under the name VANILLE MAD, and employs nearly 700 people at its sites in Sambava, Tamatave and Antananarivo.
Mainly based in Madagascar, Trimeta Agro Food’s activities consist of collecting,curing, packing and export of spices and Malagasy agricultural products  across the World in accordance with current international regulations and standards.
It mainly deals with vanilla, cloves, pepper and pink pepper.
However, its activity also includes other references such as essential oils and cinnamon.

Through its different production sites, Trimeta Agro Food collaborates with farmers groups and many local collectors in the purchase and preparation of products.
Exports are mainly going to the United States, Europe and some Asian countries such as Indonesia, India, Singapore and Japan.
