Mustapha STAMBOULI University is distinguished by its cultural influence, its scientific capital and its contribution to the development of the Mascara Wilaya. It was founded in 1986 in the form of the National Institute of Higher Education (INES), specialized in the field of Agronomy which has now developed into a University composed of seven (07) faculties.
