Because, beyond the transmission of knowledge, it is at least as much a question of gradually bringing our students to:
-Develop an ability to define problems
-Collect and evaluate information
-Design and implement solutions
-Communicate and convince
-Ability to combine the above qualities to address complex real-world problems
