Authorized by the Ministry of Higher Education in 1995 under No. 77/94, the Higher Institute of Training in Food Technology (ISFORT) is the first private higher education school in Francophone Africa, for training in Agribusiness Technology and Quality management.

The success of the ISFORT is reflected today by the presence of more than 1,500 winners in the largest food and service companies throughout the Kingdom and in foreign countries.

ISFORT has also developed university partnerships with the most prestigious international institutions, in France and in Canada, which recognize the excellence of its training and teaching methods.

Our training programs cover a wide range of modules highly sought after by industrial operators (technical managers, engineers, managers). Thanks to an interactive pedagogy, we develop in our students the know-how, the know-how and the ability to convert theoretical and practical knowledge into skills.
