The objective of the option is to train general agricultural engineers, for the different agribusiness and agro-industry trades.

The option is based on a pedagogical strategy based on a multidisciplinary and cross-cutting approach to agribusiness, illustrated by examples taken in several sectors. In particular, the training integrates aspects related to agricultural upstream characteristics and the roles of the actors of production, processing and distribution. It develops recognized skills and knowledge for the professions related to the control of food quality and the strategies of the actors in the agri-food sectors.
