Acronym:
GMA
Grands Moulins d’Abidjan (GMA) were created in 1963, shortly after the independence of the Ivory Coast. Since then, the great white tower silos of GMA overlooking the Ebrié lagoon have become one of the landmarks of the city of Abidjan.
With a turnover of more than 50 billion CFA francs (75 million Euros) and over 250 employees, GMA plays a leading role in the Ivorian economy.
The production lines have been continuously upgraded so as to be always at the forefront of technological progress. Currently, the GMA has a production capacity of 1000 tons of wheat flour per day. This allows considerable capacity to respond to the market needs of the Ivory Coast and the surrounding countries.
