The vision of HEM

Morocco, with a rich historical and cultural heritage, and firmly committed to the path of economic development, must implement a higher level of higher education.

Thus, through its pedagogical model and its values, HEM seeks to promote this one, the fundamental driving force of a moving Morocco. HEM is therefore committed to the training of future leaders who are leaders, change makers and impregnated with a spirit of active citizenship. HEM aims to be one of the leading schools of reference in the Maghreb and French-speaking Africa according to international standards.

The mission of HEM

The mission of HEM is to train citizen leaders combining "knowledge" and "know-how", through an adapted pedagogical approach, an innovative research policy and a multidisciplinary team.

In "knowledge", HEM integrates the development of versatile, technical, managerial and general knowledge.

By "know-how", it means the training of leaders with well-being - individuals who are fulfilling, confident, open, able to adapt and develop ethical relationships with their partners - and "know-how" - managers aiming for excellence and capable of inflection, innovation, communication, rigor and method.
